Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with mycity. We create and ship 3D city models from the United Kingdom.
At the moment, we ship within the United Kingdom only. We will launch international shipping soon! Please reach out to us at hello@mycity3d.uk if you have any questions.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment is received.
Because our products are 3D printed and carefully prepared for shipping, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.
Estimated UK delivery time after dispatch is 1-3 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur with the delivery network.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping, but we plan to allow it soon. If you have any questions in the meantime, reach out to us at hello@mycity3d.uk
Tracking
All orders are shipped using tracked services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mycity3d.uk. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@mycity3d.uk with your order number.
We will investigate the issue with the shipping provider and help resolve the matter.
Please note that we cannot treat a parcel as lost until the shipping provider confirms that it is lost or until a reasonable investigation period has passed.
Damaged Parcels
We carefully package every order to protect it during delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mycity3d.uk and include:

your order number;

photos of the damaged item;

photos of the packaging;

a short description of the issue.
We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as the shipping provider may require it for investigation.
Failed Delivery or Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was unsuccessful, the address was incorrect, or the parcel was not collected, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.
Additional shipping charges may apply if you would like the order to be resent.
