We’ll make your model within 3 days of receiving your order and ship it as soon as it’s ready. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once it’s on its way.

All our models currently come in one frame size: 20 × 15 × 3 cm including the frame. The printed model created in our Model Studio measures 16.7 × 11.75 cm without the frame. You can adjust its scale from 1:3,000 to 1:6,000 to choose how much of your chosen place to include.

Our models are printed in matte white, with colour accents to make your favourite places stand out. In our Model Studio, you can select buildings to highlight and choose from multiple colors. You can also choose whether to include green areas, such as parks, in green.

Yes! You can display your model horizontally or vertically. The frame comes with a hanging fitting on the back, so it’s ready to hang on your wall.

Yes! Use our Model Studio to choose a place anywhere in the world and create your own city model. You can also shop our selected cities for a ready-designed model.

We use different datasets for different countries, depending on what’s available. We usually combine open-source mapping data with proprietary datasets, mainly LiDAR, to recreate the 3D shapes of buildings and landscapes.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to make every model as close to the preview as possible, but if you’re not happy with yours, please get in touch. We’ll work with you to find a solution.

It goes without saying that if your model arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll help you arrange a return and offer either a refund or a replacement model.
